Operating from a 5000 square metre manufacturing facility in Moresby Parks, Whitehaven, West Cumbria we
have capacity for steel fabrications up to 5 Tonne manufactured using modern equipment and processes.
Our management systems and processes are certified to ISO 9001: 2015 and CE execution class 2, our
fabricated products are produced by qualified and certified fabricator/welders working to independently
approved welding procedures.
Welding procedures are approved for S355 material up to 50mm thick thus offering a wide range of
possibilities to meet customer requirements.
Applicable manufacturing standards include, but are not limited to, BS EN 1011 – BS EN 1090 – BS EN ISO 15614 – BS EN ISO 9606.
In house inspection is carried out by certified CSWIP 3.1 inspector/RWC and NDE, if specified, is conducted by
contract personnel.
